How to report a correction

Send three things: the page URL, the exact disputed claim and a current primary source that supports the correction.

Include these three items

  1. The page URL so we can find the statement.
  2. The exact text or number you believe is wrong.
  3. A primary source such as a current provider disclosure or regulator page.

For a time-sensitive rate error, include the date and time shown on the disclosure.

What happens during review

We compare the report with the page’s source and the current evidence. Material financial errors receive priority under our editorial and correction standards. We do not accept payment to change a conclusion or remove accurate criticism.

Before sending financial details

Remove private account and identity information; it is not needed to review a public claim or source.

Protect private information

Do not email account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or full application documents. TODAY.you does not need those details to review a public page or source.

Questions about a personal offer
